We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at RockyMountainTops.com. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please follow the procedures below.
Upon receipt of your order, please check to make sure all contents are included and no damage has occurred in transit. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to UPS within 2 business days of delivery.
RockyMountainTops.com offer returns for items within 14 days of UPS Receipt of Shipment Email.
• Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable.
• All returns and exchanges must accompany the Packing Slip you receive in the box with your order (this is your receipt) and a Confirmation Returns Tracking #.
• All refunds will be credited to the credit card or form of payment used at time of purchase.
• No cash refunds.
• Discounted or “Sale” items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• RockyMountainTops.com does not offer, store credit.
• Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.
• Merchandise that is used or worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Items must be in the original unused condition.
If your clothing item is in it’s original unused condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color, only if the size is available and in stock.
• Your credit card information will be needed for all exchanges to cover return shipping fees.
• Due to the clothing market, we may not have the same product, size, or color.
• Other restrictions may apply.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your Receipt of Shipment Email.

3. Include in your package:
• Packing slip with completed Refund Form
• Merchandise in original unused condition.
Some items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
When the item becomes available we will ship you your order.
We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
We use UPS as our delivery carrier.
If a tracking # is provided by UPS, we will update your order with the tracking information
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, a handling fee and your location.
